In September 2022 the Nord Stream pipeline was blown up - cutting off Germany's gas supply from Russia. It had huge diplomatic and strategic significance at that time of the Russia-Ukraine war, but following weeks of speculation, no one could get to the bottom of who was behind the attack. This week, evidence has been released to suggest Ukrainian operatives were responsible for the sabotage. The Spectator's Cindy Yu speaks to Owen Matthews about what we know so far, and what the attack tells us about Zelensky's authority.
