Seems like the gearbox is a weak point in these cars. Their was a guy with a GT350R who broke his gearbox as well

What do you mean? The TREMEC transmission on the gt350s is one of the best transmissions in the car industry. It’s not the MT-82 found in the regular mustangs

I'm surprised that this isn't any faster, like sub 8 faster. A R33/R34 GT-R does sub 8, and even a gen 2 Viper did ~8:10
