Norfolk Police launch's series of neighborhood walks in an effort to fight crime

So awesome to see. The little ones need to have positive interactions. Also those same officers will be invested in the communities they serve. I had P.A.L. growing up and still remember my coach and his influence on my life. I taught some of the young men from Norfolk while teaching in prison. We talked of the need for such programs.
