Prior to Oct 7, I was ignorant and had accepted what I had been fed over my life time as I imagine many around the world would have as well. I'm glad that everything is now out on display including Israel's dirty laundry, for everyone to form their own opinions. I have the utmost respect for Mr Finkelstein and whilst I wasn't sure if I could last a 2 hour interview, I'm glad I sat and listened to each detail that helped to solidify my thoughts post Oct 7, which changed quickly as I had a lot of questions that did not make any logical sense from what was coming out of the Israel and US media machines. Never in my life would I take such a model! His words and message are horrific. He is deeply traumatized, and so were his parents. He himself tells about that. All who have worked with traumatized families know how exhausting and almost impossible it is. The whole family lives in an alternative reality. So does he.
