It's true there is at least a hint of narcissism involved in flying your diseases in people's faces, or your being in a spectrum of something. You can even set yourself up for failure with this built-in victimhood, or allow yourself to become less demanding of yourself, or your behaviour of "reasonable" unpleasantness best case scenario. Fate dealt you a bad card so some rules don't apply to you anymore, doubling the burdening of your entourage: sick _and_ entitled. Victimhood easily becomes part of your identity, where you can start talking and everybody is obliged to listen, and when you want to stop (other people) talking, everybody has to respect it: a narcissist's wet dream. It's no wonder so many narcissists pretend to be sick.
