All lies and rubbish information. Goa is not an ideal place to invest in a property. Goa is not as expensive as the other cities and it’ can easily accommodate domestic and other foreign tourists for cheaper rates elsewhere.

second home...sorry ....wen u say mega projects...., mind u..it wont cater d locals ..bt d riches of d country specifically from north which is not mere migration but a kind of invasion given d limited resources and its distinct identity that GOA has.....Goa is not for townships.....pls dont invest in GOA....there's huge protest against lodhas, DLF, bhutanis....so my advice stay away from GOA
