Well some houses have tvs in north korea other don't have. And if they have the 99% (except for Pyongyang where they have electricity but it isnt still that stable) the country has no electricity or stable electricity to set up a TV. It might catch the weather report on the radio tho (maybe north Korean TV has also radio just like CNN) and have the same intro and only there we would know but as I said north Korean houses in the countryside have no electricity and of course not batteries.
