@natsume-hime24734 жыл бұрын
@@xXxSkyViperxXx I wouldn't say there are big meal portions in North Korea, because mass starvation is common and most average folk are malnourished. I'm an Old-timer. Still ate C-Rats when I joined. I remember when they first started the transitions to the MREs. There was a Beef patty, a Chicken patty and if you were truly unlucky Spaghetti! That they still made to somehow look like a patty! This was also before they came out with the heat-packs so every meal was cold unless you were in a position where you could get hot water. The C-Rats you punched a hole or 2 in the main meal with your trusty P-38, stuck it back in the box and set it on fire. Heated to perfection! And don't get me started on the fights that would break out over a Pound cake and Fruit cocktail! I saw many a guy get cut over the syrup alone! Good time! Good times......

Other than the advanced high tech weaponry and machines, I think you would be surprised at how different service members are treated compared to NK. My experience in the US Army was some of the best times in my life....I went to different training schools and learned so many different skills, opportunities to go to other countries, and after service time, I received a low-cost education and got so many veteran's benefits. Military life isn't for everyone, but I was proud to serve and I believe I was treated more than well. Now please go try some American BBQ (Texas, Louisana, Kentucky, so many styles to choose from!)
