Great stuff!! 🤩🤑 For the jar, it really depends on the environment it is stored in. Store in a dry place at approximately 50-70°F until use. Once fully colonized, the liquid culture should be stored in the refrigerator.

I just wanted to mention, Last video you said inoculate and store at 50-70 degrees F……..I lost 2 of 3 to contam while storing it in my 65 degree at night house. North spore said no, keep between 72-79 F just like you would a grain bag.

that's crazy... i got a kit off etsy and ive had it almost 6 months not in a fridge and still going strong... i use a magnetic stirir for mine... also the lc jars are suppose to be clear not dark at all...

I just make my own, much cheaper! 600 MLs hot water 3 tablespoons organic corn syrup 1/8 teaspoon light malt 1/8 teaspoon soya peptides PC for 40 minutes at 15 PSI!

No. Must stir once a day for least 2 weeks. After that store in refrigerator and it’s good for up to 3 months unless stated otherwise by manufacturer.
