I loved this video so just went out to Home Depot, got the parts, and built it for my kid. But here’s where I’m confused now that we’re actually trying to use it. How far into the swing should he keep the original right-angle contact with the device, and at what point should he deviate? I’d love even a short video that actually shows the full swing a few times using this. Thanks for this idea, I’m excited to figure it out and use it!!

At 1:50 he says to hold it thru the turn, or when the bottom hand gets to near the bellybutton is when he should start to break the connection

It is a great tool, but you have to hold your arms on the pipes, which can be a little tricky. Still a great idea though!

I'm going to make one but I'm thinking of Velcro straps so the pipe can't stray away from the arms.

Tip. Don’t glue it. Then you can change it for lefties.
