@@epicgriffin65 No, it's not good. The virtue of the garlic is that it steamrolls the first few minutes of the game and then it's a wasted slot rest of the game. But the scaling you get from face rolling the early game might get you into the late game.

@@SilverionX I disagree, it gives areawide knockback (granted a small amount) on literally everything, making the super lategame 25+ minutes much easier when you have garlic, since that is just a spawn hell phase where there are a billion things on screen at all times, though you can make it fairly easily with evolved stuff as well, of the stuff that doesnt evolve, garlic is top tier for its utility purposes as well as scaling purposes

lightning ring becomes incredibly powerful as it levels, with each strike dealing damage in a large area, dealing massive damage, with several at once (especially with the duplicator, which is a must have item for any run as far as i can tell)

its good in library, but the best in the game for both levels is the king bible. its survivability and dps are great. pair it with bone and santa water plus upgraded axe and you can stand still and win

@@jpryan90 I'd make the point that if you can't stand still and win your build isn't actually going to win. I think the goat weapon is runetracer. It won't deal the most dmg at the end of the game, but will still be up there not being a waste. Then its main attribute is it will also carry you through the early and mid game while you level your weapons to 8 to evolve.

I've played it a lot after the first video came out, and I don't think it does. There's around 5-8 hours until you've seen all the current content, which isn't enough for a full series imo. Regardless it's a very fun game, and I'm looking forward to how it evolves in the future.

My favorite strat is to get the hellfire wand and movespeed until its the same speed as you, then you can follow a wall of death and free exp with no risk to yourself. (hyper mode is great btw)

Garlic is the best early weapon in the game by a huge longshot, lets you hunt down enemies and kill the entire bat swarms for massive extra xp in the early game. But you have to make sure you are actually collecting the exp and standing near the bosses and special bats to actually be doing damage to them.

Garlic is literally the same as it is in SAP. It's insanely GOATed early and falls off late but it still has value. It's the best thing you can see in your first shop. The key to the game is evolving stuff: those things go absolutely apeshit and basically guarantee you getting into at least the 20 minutes+ range.

garlic is just something I don't think you should take. The early game is easy and the extra xp you gain just isn't worth the absolute minimal damage it will be dealing later that you could be using elsewhere.

@@lifetake3103 bulldozing enemies is way more than just extra exp... You get more item pickups as you see more screens so its guaranteed full hp into the midgame also. You don't need full weapons. Infact you dont even need but about 4 slots as laural is also great. Evolve your weapons!

Got the game last night. Most consistent way I found to win was the base characters older brother. Stack early into knife/bible/protective leaf until you get the evolved knife Then stack axe/fire wand/tracer/ It’s consistent because knife is only upgraded weapon where you can control the direction. And the upgraded knife shoots without cool down So you can push back enemies in any direction and never get surrounded. Combined with stacked bible and the leaf, nothing will hit you. Then you build out your late game dps

There is an amazing game with a similar gameplay on mobile, It's called Magic Survival. Your a wizard who has to deal with hordes of enemies and Everytime you get a spell, later you can upgrade the spells with upgrades of your choosing, gain items which upgrade certain spells or change how they word a little or upgrade your character. After having 2 max level spells, there is a chance to combine them making a entirely new spell with mechanics of both ingredients. Highly recommend to anyone. It's free, and an amazing time killer

I'd think Pentagram would be a great late-game pick, when your build is already pretty well set and levels aren't as big a deal, and the bigger issue is the massive screen-filling swarms that kills your FPS and you just need to get rid of.

Do not judge a weapon on their lower level! They get exponentially better on higher levels. Also: I hope he evolves a weapon soon! lv. 8 weapon + argument! whip + hollow heart magic wand + empty tome knife + bracers axe + candelabrador cross + clover bible + spellbinder fire wand + spinach the birds, garlic, santa water, lightning ring & runetracer do not evolve, any of them on lv. 8 is 1/2 of a evolved weapon (except the birds & garlic, but garlic still kinda slows them down somewhat)

Cucumber on Pizza is a thing. It's a good thing. For the sake of all things holy, here in Sweden, we put a whole Kebab on our Pizza as topping. We even call it Kebabpizza And if it doesn't have cucumber, lettuce, tomato, on it, it's not a real bloody pizza. That shit hella tasty.
