I love it when NL kills shopkeepers. It just makes the run so much more high risk/reward and seeing him reap in those big rewards (even if he dies afterwards) makes the run that much more entertaining to watch.

yeah i agree. i still dont understand why some people are hating on NL's plays. to be honest i come here for entertainment and on every video that NL uploads i always get that entertainment. You should get vlads cape and vlads amulet. Vlads cape is an upgraded cape that allows you to double jump and glide while vlads amulet grants you complete invinciblity to lava and lava men. You get it on the first level of hell when you kill vlad the va,

instead of throwing the bombs into the shop and assuming you have a shotgun, its a good idea to try and clear blocks so that you can have a straight shot to the shopkeeper, this works pretty well in the black market too

Why are all these comments so rude? He tries to vault and kill shopkeepers like everyone wants, then he fails and everyone calls him bad? Shopkeepers are some of the most broken enemies in the game, and killing 5 or 6 in 1 run is a feat in of itself. Especially hard if you seldom fuck w/ them in the first place. NL, you keep at it buddy, and keep posting the failures, and we can all have a good laugh when you beat Fox at Spelunky.

Stand next to the shopkeeper and u whip him and the shotgun will drop in between the first slot and the seconds lot ( slots are the item that the shoopkeepers are selling well take the shotgun and kill him but it dose work when there is a gift box next to him

NL's bad at vaulting here because he never does it. It takes practice to become better at anything, and video games are no exception. When you're attempting a new strategy, it will always take time to become better at it. Vaulting significantly increases the difficulty by antagonizing fast moving men wielding shotguns. One is guaranteed to always appear at the end of each level. Give NL a change to improve and he'll eventually make his way to the top of the leaderboard. I believe in you, NL!
