I feel like Speed is harder than Ultra Hard (and probably the hardest challenge) just because it messes with your muscle memory of dodging, shooting, patterns, etc, and you're on the clock. If you just play mechanically well you can beat Ultra Hard pretty easily even if your items aren't the best.

Both challanges are not that bad since you can press R until you get something op. For ultra hard d4, d100 and even d infinity is easy win; for speed tech x, epic fetus etc. I think brains is the hardest challange because there are no item rooms and you are blindfolded

First time I had a shot at beating this challenge, I went up cause it gave me the option then I lost the challenge even though I beat isaac. Why the fuck does it even give you the option if it kills your run?!?!?! Other challenges remove the other option when they want you to take a certain path. I ended up beating the challenge a few days later but i'm still a little salty lol
