People don’t realise the time and effort that goes into this, I’ve recently rebuilt a 92 cr 500 nut and bolt restoration and the small details are which take the time, hats off to you sir and give yourself a massive pat on the back, not an easy task well done

No mods to the engine. I put everything back OEM as possible

What about the chain adjuster blocks? I need new ones, nobody makes them aftermarket for that bike 96-01. Do you know what else would fit from a different bike?? ​@@northernmx5973

Nice video! I have a 1996 yz 125 with a blown power valve so the whole cylinder needs replaced. I cannot find one at all and it's concerning me the bike is useless & I've had it for years. Any help for a replacement?

Type in 4SS-11311-21-00 which is the part number for a 96-97 cylinder into eBay and you should get some results

Yes I powder coated the hubs a violet translucent purple over a chrome powder coat

Found a 95 125 for 900 but talked down to 500 it got a rusty chain but every else looks practically new they said it runs but hasn’t started in a while

Should have left the bike original. And turn it back to the way it sold new on the showroom.
