back with the cycling videos again. Love it mate. thank you for the uploads and all you do. I hope your neck is doing well. blessed to have found your channel 10 years ago on youtube and changed my life for the better. A lot has changed in my life over the past 10 years: now largely vegan trying to do better every day, high carb low fat. rocking the TCR advanced SL with RIM BRAKES FOR ROAD and the SPD. How can you dislike this dude: always spitting the truth, always smoking hot girl friend, promotes cycling and the betterment of the planet...

25,000km a year is wild, that's a lot of big rides from 290 rides in the year. I commute to work every day (18km each way) plus extras and do about 7,500km from 390 rides for the year and I'm knackered! Big gap between your average Joe and the big boys!

Hey Harley, not sure if you want to get into this topic here but what happened on this video brings up a very interesting topic to me. HOW MUCH VOLUME DO YOU REALLY NEED BEST BANG FOR BUCK!!! I'm trying to do least amount of riding with maximum fitness and I know there is a way. everyone around me does 2-4x volume what I do but I keep up fine never really seen any studies about this. cheers. Hey harley I started taking 20mg dbol daily and im 2 weeks in right now, but I haven't had my weight move at all! I keep hearing other people say how dbol just blows you up with water weight but that has not happened to me. It is pharmaceutical grade dbol mind you, What do you think is the problem here? Is the dose just too low? I'm 72kg I want to reach 80kg.

Hey I wanna do your protocol and have been for the last few days but I don’t want to get cavities. Doesn’t sugar feed the bacteria that then produce acid in the teeth? How u prevent that?
@durianriders17 күн бұрын
Get an xray on all your teeth. I’d be VERY suprised if you are over 30 with zero cavities. If sugar causes cavities then how zero sugar people get cavities??
@flameone470517 күн бұрын
@ I am under 30 and had 5 cavities, had to get 5 fillings over the years. I see that high carb is better than high fat but I don’t want to get anymore cavities. What’s your way of preventing cavities?

Bigger tyres proven multiple sources to be faster (including myself going from 25-28 the 28 is quicker 100%) but the skinny stuff “feels” faster. Lighter bike helps though 😝
@durianriders18 күн бұрын
Faster on cobbles yes. Hill climbs on tarmac? IMPOSSIBLE!! Extra weight and extra drag.
@gregkane863518 күн бұрын
@ not everywhere (pretty much nowhere) has perfect glass tarmac it’s broken cracked and potholed- wider rolls faster up and down. Also gives more grip :) if uve a perfect road yea take the narrow high pressure stuff but that road is a rarity

Awesome video. You need to take your own advice and get in better position at the start of the climb. You spent a ton of energy faffing around for position in the first 3 minutes, if you had been 4th or 5th wheel from the start you would have held on 20-30” longer. Great effort though
@durianriders18 күн бұрын
True but a boring video to watch. I’m riding these to get footage of all the riders in the bunch so tactics go out the window a bit. These GoPros ain’t light either and cost time. Next week I will move up sooner and avoid getting gapped by being on the wrong wheel.

Hi Harley or any other experienced vegan athletes hclf diet how can you maintain a lean weight without getting too light on the protocol, I eat 70g fat a day the rest lots of sugar and carbs and yet I am still very lean. What do I do… is fat only bad if you are fat? I train a lot… because it is my favourite thing ever would you just add even more fats: nuts avocados etc or would you increase carbs even more Thanks

Are they peopl beating you all doing your diet?
@durianriders18 күн бұрын
How on earth can you put out 400w for 10 mins + if you ain’t on the sugar and water train or a gut full of meat etc. It’s fact you need certain gut bacteria also to push watts. Only a high carb plant dominate/full diet gives those performance bacteria environments.
