I so wish Dr. Linkov worked once a month or once every two months in southern cal. guess, I have to make it work to go to N.Y., because he is really the best on this procedure....his stitching is so so SO tiny - amazing....just better not to mess around and go to someone who specializes in the procedure even if it costs more.....don't want to pay less and then have a problem that costs big to fix!

If you got a lip lift done first, and say you ended up with the piggy nose look, could a rhinoplasty fix that? I want to get both done, but in another of video of yours, you say to get rhinoplasty done first. My fear is though, that the rhinoplasty may come out beautifully, and then my lip lift distorts it later. Could doing the lip lift first remedy this?

I dont know if the Dr is still monitoring these older videos. But, I am one of those people who got some distortion from an interior nasal incision. I really do not like it. Its been about 10 months. I have a short nose too. I should've never done this procedure. Im wondering can anything be done to help improve this? Does time help?

To prevent nose distortion? The lateral extent of the incision is not made too high. The sutures for the nasal sill are placed carefully offsetting tension toward the more robust lateral ala and away from the medial sill.

I got a lip lift 4 weeks ago. My nostrils is flared and bigger. Is this swelling Or Permenante change? Also, the smile is off now. I smile like the grinch. Is this just swelling?

But what actually makes your Liplift results good is the healing process , you need to be careful and not use your mouth a lot the first 2weeks (eating, smoking, laughing, talking) also how you sleep , you need to sleep on your back so that the scar can heal in a good way and after that you need to use scar gels

I do have more nostril show and I’m hating it. But wondering how much of it is swelling at 4 weeks post op? Are my nostrils distorted for good now? I used to love my nose and now I hate it. I had the modified lip lift by dr Ben Talei in LA. I thought he was great but now my results worry me.
