Bonus Recipe: Korean Oi Muchim 오이 무침 (Cucumber Salad) I threw this together to have a third banchan in the video. Planned to include it in the description, but there's a 5K character limit so here it is! Just mix everything together, let it sit for 10 minutes or so, and ENJOY! • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced • 1 TB soy sauce • 1 tsp rice vinegar • 1 tsp gochugaru Adjust ratios to your tastes and optionally, you could add some sesame seeds, scallions, or chilies, too! Let me know if you saw anything else in the video that you’d like to see in a separate video. Thanks for watching! 💖🐝

I also have no luck peeling ginger with a spoon! Thanks for another interesting video! I love kimchi but have never considered making it myself.

I'm the only one here that likes kimchi so it's easier to just buy a jar at the store. It's been a couple years since I made my own, but I think I'll make another batch once this one is gone! Thanks so much for watching! 💖🐝

Excellent video Cam !! I could probably eat and enjoy Korean food! Not sure about the middle recipe🤔 I must say I was admiring the use of the chop sticks!! I have a set from Kuvik to review, but I need a lot of practice yet, lol 😂!! Great looking sandwich at the end !! Take care 👍🏼😊

Hey, send me the link for the chopsticks - do you have sticks & spoon set? - I still have a couple Asian recipes planned, not recorded - I could work them in. Also, the gateway foods for a lot of Westerners to Korean are beef bulgogi and spicy buldak (fire chicken) or Korean fried chicken (super-trendy now), and, of course, ramyun. Thanks for watching, Hemi! 💖🐝
