The reason she reminds you of the addams family. Is because that's the same actor that plays Wednesday addams.

If I was at a convention, running around, dressed as a Ghostbuster, I would be honored to ask people if they've seen Casper.
@melodyrichardson50515 жыл бұрын
Actually the people at the convention knew about this. They didn’t know exactly what he was going to do, but he told them to go along with it. He talked about it in the commentary.

10:04 I’m honestly a little disappointed that the Critic missed out on the perfect opportunity to play the clip from “Freaky Friday” of Jamie Lee Curtis going “OH I’M LIKE THE CRYPT KEEPER DX” lol

My faveorite part "Exposition, exposition! Rush it out ASAP!"
@justincoleman84295 жыл бұрын
My favorite part was when they call the ghost hunter and he got out of the house he said "who ya gonna call, someone else."

Fun fact Cathy Moriarty would return for an another Casper movie 3 years later. Casper Meets Wendy, a direct-to-DVD/VHS film where she plays one of Wendy’s witch aunts alongside Teri Garr from Young Frankenstein and Shelley “Shining” Duvall

Fun fact: Sherri stoner (writer and voice of slappy squirrel from animaniacs) and Steven Spielberg worked on this movie.

LOL... at the end during the little Ghostbusters sketch, you kept saying how cringey the whole thing was... I couldn't disagree more, imagine being one of those people who were involved in the filming, and seeing the end result with this little cartoon goes to flipping off everyone and finally getting pulled into the pool... I would have been proud and thrilled to be a part of that, a video that millions of people will end up seeing... I'm afraid I don't see anything too cringe about that, LOL again... oh, and by the way I'm on your side about this movie... It was silly and stupid but highly enjoyable and harmless and I thoroughly enjoyed watching it

I might be late on this but he said “bucket”; I had closed captions turned on when I was little.

Loving your NC reactions.🙂 As an old-school fan, I've pointed out the few videos that Channel Awesome's neglected until now, but for the next couple of years (2010 to 2012), there are so many videos missing from their playlists that you might as well go by the alternative playlists I've compiled. Here's the 2010 one: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y2itnphvqNNgb9k (Incidentally, I chose a re-upload version of "Junior" because, even though that review is on the Channel Awesome channel, they cut out a huge section of the original version and, in more ways than one, the video is left empty without it.)

dat ending tho. i did see this movie years ago, and it didn't leave much of an impression on me. I was only 3. The way I see it, I'd consider the movie not too bad.

Comedians have serious balls to do this kind of stuff. I think Doug and the group had fun though.

As much as most people don't like the Nostalgia Critic, I see him as more as a commentary rather than a actual review.

But I think most agree that the worst Nostalgia Critic episode is Pink Floyd’s The Wall.

I really enjoy this movie and of course there also Casper: a Spirited Beginning and Casper meets Wendy since they look terrible like a Spirited Beginning was that is and Casper meets Wendy was okay in my opinion!

I always thought critic was over-critical (no pun) on this film. Casper is absolutely fucking hilarious at times, it's not the best film, but it's little stuff like Dr. Harvey turning to Clint Eastwood and others, strech asking what the hell a vacuum was, the thumb on fire and not too long after acting like his phone is a gun or Dan Aykroid the Ghostbusters basically saying ''Fuck this, hire someone else'' before they just say fuck it and destroy the mansion with construction people........and that doesn't even work. Essentially, this film to me was funny for kids and adults, but has those serious well-written, heart-breaking, and happy moments through-out it.
