Hi i noticed that sometimes when i sit longer or i do a certain position like bending down i get a short pain in the middle of my chest i got worried because it is happening for a longer time now, and it feels like you just need to stretch that area and it goes away, is it the same for you? Finally a Dr who clearly explained the poking/pricking pain, that come’s and goes randomly but always in the same spot. Hey y’all Heart specialist prescribe me with BISOPROLOL which is a beta blocker to help the heart relax and pump more efficiently. Since then I’ve lost 40 kilos and for the last two months poking has ceased. It did carry on randomly for a couple weeks after my first message. Before medication heart ef rate was 35% since medication it has increased to 43%. Fingers crossed when i see specialist next time it has increased again with weight loss. Still taking medication and losing more weight as being a larger person never helped no body lol

Good information . I wish you had included panic attack in the talk as many people who get panic attack due to certain anxiety triggers feel like they are having heart attack. It is important to differentiate panic attack from heart attack as former is harmless later is not. And we have noticed how often they land in ER in hospitals with such complaints.

Yes Anxiety can mimic what we think is a heart attack or a stroke on its way, I used to go to the hospital regularly I thought I was going to die, so used breathing techniques over the years to bring the anxiety down, it’s not good when your in it at that moment it’s very frightening on and off till it dies down it can take hours, and you get calmer and calmer, so I stopped useing A@E bet they were glad 😂
