The Plaintiff's getting insurance notices, the checks not cashed, and he does nothing? The State takes away his ability to drive and and he ignores it? I 100 percent believe she told him to "bring a friend" to sign his car over to and reinstate his coverage. The Defendant says the company is going out of business and she still writes him out a temporary card. He's not bright enough to deal with a dishonest insurance broker. And it seems she's definitely dishonest.

You wouldn’t believe how many people do that, of the older generation.. I’m not sure why.. it’s almost like they think it transfers liability to the person filling out the check.. maybe some people don’t know how to do it. I’ve worked in insurance for years and people do that a lot or at least attempt to.

After a couple screw ups by my broker, I spent hours and weeks researching on the internet and long phone calls. Every avenue led to dealing with an independent agent. I had three vehicles and two houses all fully paid off. I had zero success in any direct dealings with a company. I am with the plaintiff on this case. P.S. My current agent is doing an awesome job.

This actually happened to me with my child's health insurance. We had a health insurance broker and he canceled my kids insurance because he said that we qualified for state coverage. He never mentioned that he just dropped my son off of my policy. We found out when we took him for his wellness check. I ended up having a fork over $500 for the visit, and fighting with the state to get approved for state coverage even though I make six figures a year and I have every means to pay for my kid on private insurance. The broker never told us that he dropped our son from our policy. He did it on his own accord

JM telling the plaintiff to take care of his own problems is so rude and disrespectful that’s why she works for the people on behalf of the people when there’s conflicts that’s what she’s there for . Many people go through insurance brokers to save time that’s why they are licensed by the state to protect consumers from fraud just like a tax agent a notary public a realtor so people aren’t supposed to use these services because we should be doing everything ourselves gtfoh these are services protected by the government of any wrongdoing and her job isn’t to be complaining that the plaintiff isn’t doing his insurance himself her job is to enforce the law and this defendant tried to do fraud and scammed this man out of money because even with one month of no insurance at the time you reinstate your insurance there is a e higher fee because of letting it lapse even if it’s with the same company how the fuck didnt the judge know this
