Absolutely, Its fact, CDL's are being handed out, truck leases as well, to keep em locked in. I came into it in 94, I am telling you what I SEE out here on the road, with my damn EYES, not some desk riding or data crunching. I had to pull my license out to show some driver what the shipper was asking for one time, zero English. Dock workers telling me drivers asking them to back there truck in. So you want to know why they are doing it? simple. If they keep the trucks and drivers over saturated they can keep raking the shipping rates low, regardless of the economy being up or down. We are talking billions being raked off the rates here, and they no longer want that ebb and flow with the economy. They want it non stop, and they are getting it. Fill the seats with a third world workforce that wont quit when it slows because its still more then they ever had, so it stays over saturated, allowing them rates to be raked continuously, and the billions just keep flowing in. Who is losing the billions? simple Shippers, Receivers, Drivers, Carriers, and finally Consumers, all the people doing the actual work. Your vid 8:49 Proving it is a conscious agenda.

Government need to tackle this Driving License Problem in the States. Handing License to non English speakers non readers is a Problem. Stop giving without Regulations that is SAFE for ALL...

Idk Walter🤷🏾‍♂️ in 2015 a guy I don’t know what race he was saved me at the weigh station in Wyoming where you gotta park and provide all your information. That man had a hand written BOL and spoke NO English 🤣😂🤣DOT was so upset he couldn’t understand him and kicked every other driver out except the oversized loads. Definitely shut him down Now I get what you are saying! But man they come in clutch sometimes..

Some are buying there licenses 10k and better. Some are getting low wages no benefits. The things that D.O.T put you through even the FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER. I dont have a problem with someone comming here to better there lives but do it the right way like everyone else. The accidents are crazy remember the guy that ran into the family coming off that hill and they wanted to give him 110 years. Or the other guy who had no license and brake failure

True, I know someone who told me, when I told him that I was in driving school, that I can get my CDL without having to graduate driver school, if I pay 2k.. he's not originally from the U.S.(he's from Venezuela), he "knows" people who will issue a CDL to anyone who will pay for it, he's a mechanic, but that's how he got his! 😮

This is SO true.... I've had a cdl for 13yrs and when I was at school couple guys didn't speak read or write English. How did they pass the test? Everyday I bump into guys who can't speak 1 word of English. They're paying for the license and companies hiring them because they do the work for dirt cheap.. this is big big in Eastern European communities. Also Africans. I know a guy who has his office dispatch in a Eastern European country booking load in the USA. HOW THE FUCK CAN U COMPETE WITH THAT
