The plaintiff says she paid the defendant for a private training session to strengthen her core muscles, but he put her in a group of women trying to lose weight. She says she wasn’t given the training she paid for and is suing for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff has existing ailments, so he wanted to test her abilities first.

"I though we were friends." What does that have to do with doing your part as a fitness instructor? Just how long do you think someone would want to stay friends with you when you continue to lie to them about when you're going to re-pay the money you owe them? This beautiful plaintiff is no pushover. She presented her case well and won....as she should. I hope you can find a professional core trainer that won't disappoint. Good Luck to you. :)

My son had a gym when Covid hit. He had to close and try to keep his staff and payments going. When he could open, he did and then Covid got bad in our county and he had to close a second time. When he finally re-opened for good, a lot of members had gone out of county, others were still afraid of groups even with precautions in place. He finally had to close down for good and file bankruptcy. I’m sure he didn’t have the money to pay her back, but now it’s settled. They both seem like very nice people.

Understood, but I think its more like going to a college when you may be able to learn whatever you want to learn by going to KZbin, library and using Google. You never know where to start something and at what time. Basically you'll be all over the place. People don't sit down and make up a plan for themselves like an Instructor in a Gym or College may do.
