The song has got absolutely nothing to do with James Bond apart from Buble trying to make his version sound Bondy. Ella Fitzgerald did not sing it in the 1920s because she was a child in the 1920s and the song wasn't written until 1953. She did sing a bluesy version of it in a film set in the 20s.
