3 potatoes to boil.
30 ml olive oil.
200 ml water.
1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup.
7 g yeast.
350 g oat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Sprinkle with oat flakes.
Recipe 2:

7 g dry yeast.
1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup.
30 ml olive oil.
400 g oat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Sprinkle with oat flakes on top.
