I want to like it, but for me, this is a song that doesn’t need to be covered. Try listening to the original track while driving at night on a highway in the middle of nowhere. The dark vulnerability and mysticism of the song just engulfs you, and for me, is part of the experience. Hearing something like this cover just ruins it for me, and I’ve listened to Metallica since the first four albums.

Metal and hard rock often gets a bad rap. Some of it is well-deserved, but sometimes the lyrics are actually pretty deep. Hell, even The Offspring's "Gone Away" will being tears to your eyes if you actually pay attention to the lyrics and forget that's it's the "Pretty Fly for a White Guy" band for a few minutes.

What to say about this fine Lady's talents? She's Shirley Bassey, Carly Simon, Celine Dion, and Roberta Flack, all rolled up into one amazingly gorgeous young woman! The Depth, the Range, the Clarity, the Scope of her voice is nothing less than a premier example of God given natural joined with hard work, patience, striving for excellence! I don't know who's scoring the next Bond movie, but whomever it is, they REALLY NEED to take a long, hard, look at this highly talented lady! Mind you, ANYONE needing to score a high quality movie theme needs to call this lady's agent and start talking! Saving this one in the 'gonna listen again and again' folder.
