I was trying to make a hardwired fire build yesterday and what it noticed is when I shoot my sticky bomb and then my firestarter chem it does not reset my sticky bomb cooldown like it should. Is the set bugged again or am I just doing something wrong?

i use it in a shield build. i can just tank solo heroic while doing a good amount of damage with my liberty. lvl cp's are very easy, and you can go into the open without worrying about grenade/launchers, outcast suicide bombers and the like. i will try this out, looks very good

Have been using something similar to this for a while now, pretty fun. I noticed focus would activate when I was right clicking on a minigun if I had my nemesis equipped when I got on it. Not useful or anything but thought that was kind of funny.

Thanks for the tip, made the same build but kinda modified it a bit... my build is: god rolled white death (15% MR damage,137% HS damage, 12.5% mag size, with ranger perk) hits for 25 million damage with perfect headhunter n perfect vigilance active. Nemesis (15% MR damage, 111% HS Damage, 5.5 crit chance) hits for 53-56 million damage with perfect headhunter n perfect vigilance active 3 piece aces n 8's (with max rolled weapon damage)... Mask- 15% weapon damage, 10.3 crit damage mod, 2732 HP/s armor regen Gloves-15% weapon damage, 7.6% headshot damage Holster- 15% weapon damage, 12% crit damage. Chain killer vest (perfect headhunter)- 15% weapon damage, 5% weapon handling, 9% crit damage, 9.9% crit damage mod The gift backpack (perfect vigilance) - 15% weapon damage, 7.6% explosive resistance,10% headphones damage, 11.2% crit damage mod Sawyers Kneepads- 170,000 armor, 8.4% explosive resistance, 17,089 health Scanner pulse n booster/reviver hive

Tested it yesterday morning and yes, it can one-shot which is nice but I must admit I don't have that great aim and especially when playing solo you simply must move from time to time. It's stupid that even one step when in cover removes the bonus.

You dont need vigilance just use the aces and eights backpack and you have more damage out put when the gear set talent is active which it constantly is if you run the backpack and are hitting your headshots, and then you dont lose damage if a stray bullet hits you with vigilance

I've been testing Aces & Eights for a while now, ever since the M1A nerf, and I've come to a few conclusions: one, you can reach 20 million headshot damage (enough to one shot named enemies) without Sawyer's kneepads but with Nemesis, and two, you can reach 10 million headshot damage with the same build but with White Death instead. The jury is still out for which build does better against raid bosses with more than 20 million health (but my bet is it's White Death, the Nemesis charge time problem is real). My build is essentially the same as yours, but with perfect focus and the A&8's kneepads instead of Sawyer's kneepads. The penalty for moving with Sawyer's is just too high in my mind.

Another good Video! Your Setting is good, also when using MMrifle/Rifle setup. For MMrifle/MMrifle Setup, my intention is swapping the Backpack also to A&8's, gives you 30% DMG from Dead Mans Hand talent (after stacking up ofcourse, but 5% DMG more), plus it lifts up 2 Cards of Five... instead of one. So, if you only aquire the A&8's instead of Full House ect. you may have 1 unbuffed shot. Always follow rule #1: No moments of joy without Decoy. *:D

A better skill to run is the decoy to take the aggro and allow you to clean up the rest of the enemies in a couple of shots. I’ve had a aces build with nemesis for a while and it may not be as action packed and instant dps like m1a but it’s a very good high risk high reward build. 2 shotting certain elites and 1 shotting every other weaker enemy makes you feel like an actual deadly sniper. Only thing that’s annoying is how some missions don’t support the build as much as something like the m1a where it’s good at all ranges and this is good where you can stay farther back

been running a similar build here, just no aces and eights because i have terrible pieces for it. been using punch drunk for the mask though and loving that, really feel the headshot increase. also i only run 1 sniper, either nemesis or white death depends how im feeling about the nemesis charge up time, but my back up gun is a god rolled vector, which bails me out a lot when i miss shots on rushers or just get overwhelmed. im going to hit the gear set farm today though, this looks really fun with aces and eights.

I’m sorry but I’ve been using my M1A with 8x scope as my sniper. It was quicker at landing headshots and following shots. You don’t have to stick your head out too long. Since it’s been reverted to what it was, there is no reason not to use it. Plus now you can also snipe with shield :)

Sorry but that’s a terrible build. There is no way you’re gonna be sitting steady in this game especially when you’re solo mode. You showed us a clip of NPC’s fighting each other and you taking advantage of the situation. If they were actually fighting you you completely lose ur sawyer buff 90% of the time. Secondly as soon as you group in 2+ people the NPC’s armor scaling goes up and you won’t be able to 1 shot them anymore which defeats the purpose of playing sniper. So in conclusion this is a terrible build But thumbs up as always you’re an amazing KZbinr

C. XO if you actually used a nemesis sniper build you would actually know what you’re talking about. If you can hit your shots like a marksman 1 to 2 shotting everyone then what enemies are there to be scared of. Decoy is underrated and solves the problem you speak of. danny nicholson the focus talent is much more forgiving as it allows you 1 sec grace period so you actually descope and rescope or change weapons as well. I wish it was the same for sawyer, just a little bit of buffer in the movement. But the way they are designed is just crap.

I run something similar, but haven't had a chance to try out my Sawyer kneepads yet (situational, I know). I prefer Companion tho if I'm running with a hive, I love that synergy. Keep it up with the different build types!

Unfortunatey, the Sawyer Kneepads got a mini-nerf with the last patch...you now lose the full buff if you move even a smidgen. Before the patch, you could 'skoot' back and forth (left-to-right-to-left) while behind cover and not lose the buff from the knee pads. Now, if you just move a micrometer, the buff disappears. I've moved back to using my Coyote mask because of this change.

Was using hard wired build in the dark zone also my first time in the zone I got a few exotics and the claw knee pads which I was going to give to the guys helping me clear a area then they went rogue and I only lasted 3 seconds is there a hard wired build that will hold up in dark zone I was in there for the first time in div2 why they went rogue on me and just took my gear idk but even against mpcs I get smashed . I am using 2 piece Hard Wired in my Skill build. It gives me 15% skill damage and haste so I can get my stuff quicker and the stuff be deadlier. The 4 piece talents aren't for me. Tried them out with deploying and undeploying the shield to get infinite seekers, doesn't work that we'll.

The Sawyers Pads are not practical ... the buff is ridiculously easy to lose especially in this “cover based shooter” with nearly countless numbers of NPC abilities that force you to reposition and thus lose the buff ... it might be useful in a group where you are not focused on by NPCs or in CP takeovers where the NPCs secure aggro but frankly most other options for the knees will yield more sustained results ... unless they rework the talent, that exotic is gimmicky at best ...

Since this is more a hs dmg build you don't lose much you get 15% marksman rifle dmg nothing else give you that and 20% headshot dmg which only piece that can give you that is the named mask but it evens out as the 1 attribute you get on the punk drunk you dont use. I need the backpack and chest to be talents and the kneepads over the named mask.

Ya tried it and it wasn’t viable , fox prayer still better to me, if you move even 1 millimeter u lose the buff. And u don’t get to stay in one place in actual gameplay. Enemies throw nades, push you, send drones, and move which makes you have to reposition and wait 10 sec before u can getup dps again and u can’t move. It works with focus cuz u can move and adjust and keep buff but exotic pads ain’t it

I don't think you loose much at all by using Fox. You get 15% WD from red, you get out of cover and you can roll headshot or crit and all that without any "IF". You can even use Rifle + MR in that case which I find superior combination for less than ideal situations wnen not sitting in a good cover like in this video. Add "less ammo" directive who likes exp boost to it and Fox is a clear winner imho.
