Something you can do is pair it with Appraisal and Pharmacy. Instead of setting it up in advance to use during a chase and probably not last the full 60 seconds, you can wait until a time when the killer isn't chasing, either because you escaped a chase previously or you've been unhooked. You both open and rummage the chest at 80% increased speed, heal passively while doing a gen, AND have a guaranteed medkit for the next time you get injured. Yeah it's not really the best thing ever, but doubling up on self heal options that coincide with each other isn't the worst either. It's served me well enough for like the week I ran this build.

Elodie Rakoto You can use Scavenger or Residual Manifest too since those two perks can give you Moment of Glory in one chest. The reason why I recommend Appraisal is that it has 80% faster rummaging speed
