Okay. So I'm gonna say it shortly without spoiling anything. Whenever a person doesn't have a core like a golden core, but they use cultivation or whatever. They'll get weak, so he gets tired very easily. And sometimes he'll even cough up blood just because he doesn't have a golden core. So you know same thing with how 11 from stranger things if she uses her magic too much she has a nose bleed then she passes out
