@Tova , what I’ve found is it’s best to workout before breakfast, because it keeps the metabolism going all day, and to do a workout at night, to keep that metabolism going through the night.

This low-impact cardio is ideal to do with my daughters, thanks for doing low-impact exercise routines with easy movements so that the kids can do it too. I will complete this routine with another 10 minute routine and in this way I will have a 20 minute exercise.

Hi Lindsey! I'm a 10 months postpartum and following your postpartum rehab program and every time I try lunges or lift one leg up for the knee drive, I lose my balance. Am I doing something wrong or do I need more practice/time to find my center of gravity?

I was skeptical. I already did my 42 minutes on the rebounder. How could 10 more minutes do anything? By the third round I felt it! Excellent add-on
