I'm recovering from a couple injuries (wrist, knee- nothing serious) and as an avid runner I really needed a new standing workout I could do to strengthen myself and not go crazy. I found this one just browsing and it was absolutely perfect for my needs! You ladies inspired me to really keep at the weight training and over a month I've increased my weights, improved my strength significantly and reduced my knee pain by 80%. I can feel the power difference when I do run. You're really encouraging and I love that you give reminders on form and explain every move.

LOVED everything about this! The combo moves, the format, and how quickly it flew! I’m 31 weeks pregnant and woke up with a serious case of the Mondays. With 7 minutes left in the workout, I felt the endorphins pumping and am ready to face the week! My favorite moves were the squat, press, tricep combo and the last move. Looking forward to coming back to this after baby and not modifying the leg moves!

This os my 1st workout with you. I've seen your videos and felt totally intimidated and now I know why! It was not easy, but I feel accomplished. There were 2 moves where I got confused and repeated them, but all in all, great moves and a total full body workout. I'm thinking I'll try to follow you and do more of your workouts since I need to do more strength training, but my goodness, I'm dripping with sweat right now!

I think I can say this is my favorite workout I’ve ever done. I’m 68 years old. My heaviest weights are 8 pounds. I don’t know if I’ll get to a point where I can go out and get some heavier ones, but it feels like a challenge to me. Thank you.

This one was great! I loved the new format for the no repeats! I liked that it was still in circuits so I could check it off on my head and how we put the two moves together to close out each circuit. And as 2 months post partum I loved the all standing so I didn't have to waste time trying to get up and down off my mat. And my baby watched me the whole time. 😊

I clicked this by mistake. I thought I was doing a barre workout. After the warmup I realized what I did, but I was loving it so much I just kept going. This is probably my favorite workout I’ve done. Loved it!! Time flew by and I was actually sweating at the end!!!! LOVE 🫶🏼

I loved this! I was feeling very unmotivated to move my body after getting over an illness and this was just perfect for me. I was able to just turn my brain off and DO IT!
