The first time I did this when it was new, it was too hard for me, and I thumbs downed it bc I just couldn’t do most of it. When I tried it today after the new arm trisets, I crushed it. I did all the moves, and it felt great! It was super hard, but I could do it! I feel so strong and capable and healthy. I’ve made huge progress in my health and fitness journey thanks in large part to NML’s amazing workout videos! Thank you so much!

That was amazing! After 10 months ttc with no results and too afraid to do any workouts like this, I needed this so bad! Been working out every day for 13 years and I missed these kinds of workouts since ttc. No harm since I haven't gotten pregnant from not doing anything like this plus doing "yoga" literally laying on the floor in the tww. This gives me such amazing levels of happiness that are indescribable

Did anyone else’s sound completely shut off halfway through the video? I restarted it and even tried watching on my phone instead and nothing worked. Great work out though.

@@nourishmovelove I only stopped for seconds to make sure it wasn't my sound issue then right back at it. Having no sound wasn't going to stop my quick HIIT. Absolutely fantastic w/o. Still sweating and breathing heavy whilst typing this. Cheers Lindsey really appreciate your free w/o and blog.

Coming to the very beginning and starting from the start. Goal is to do 3 of your workouts/wk, but am thinking that the four I've done already I want to do again, and better! I am so glad you included this in the latest 14 day challenge. I am pretty sure this is one of the first workouts where I discovered you and your youtube. I love this one, one of my favourites. I would do this alot especially when I got home from work and had one of those days. I haven't done it in a long time, it was so fun to do this again! You're the best!

I thought that a 15min HIIT would be somewhat easy. It wasn't. You really kicked my ass and made me realise how unfit I am. Just tried this out as an add-on to a strength workout and I thought it was great. The sound does cut out but it comes back and is no big deal. This is still a great workout and one I am saving!

could you provide any modifications for the mountain climbers- trying to be diastasis safe, and looking for good workouts- i love your stuff but wondering about being safe with an ab separation.

Great question! I recommend adding an incline to any plank-type moves (like mountain climbers) by placing your hands on a chair or bench! This will bring the ground closer to you and decrease intra abdominal pressure, making it better for DR!

love this workout. It is my go to. However, recently the nose cuts out about half way through- not sure if there is an issue with the file or something??

They need to put a disclaimer on this video as this workout is not for everyone!! 6 months ago, I was home alone working out to this video after 8 minutes into the video, while doing the skater move, I lost my balance fell down and broke my knee legit into two halves. It has been the hardest journey recovering from the injury, and after the healing process of my knee’s patella, I’ve been working hard on my body everyday to get back into shape. Stay safe!

Hey,you are dope💥But I can't express how thankful I'll be if you put something to bring estrogen level down,my estrogens stay really help and I'm ready to do any kind of workout to get them down,my doctor says that my estrogen is really really up which is not healthy, please help 💜✨

Hi! So glad you're loving the workouts! I am a group fitness instructor so I have to stick to what I know and refer you to a doctor or hormone specialist for estrogen levels; but movement is always good for the body!

Hey, the sound goes out right before the pushups. Idk if there's a way to fix and reupload it, the workout was great until then but I got totally thrown off :/

This kicked my butt in the best way possible. I'm thinking of doing it again to make it 30 minutes Edit: I did it once more through! And I managed all the push ups on my toes. I am beat!
