When lockdown started I used to instantly skip anything with Alex in because I was scared stiff! I was so unfit, I had to pause the real start work outs every few minutes to catch my breath. Now, I LOVE the work outs with Alex and even follow along with her on most of the higher impact moves. I've lost weight, gained muscle and even better my lung health is so much improved! Thank you team BP!

hi body project, i know this most likely won’t be seen but i just wanted to put my thoughts on here. I’ve always struggled with my weight and i don’t think i’ve ever been skinny in my entire life, bare in mind i’m only 15. I’ve only been doing a variety of these workouts for six days but i’ve already lost a pound and i can’t wait for future changes. Your workouts give me hope that i can lose weight and ill be forever grateful for you guys. So thank you so much :)

Hey Flic Holyoake. I’m in my mid 30s and i was skinny most of my life until a pregnancy over Covid isolation and giving up nicotine for sugar addiction. I’m struggling to find my way back to a healthy body. But I love these videos. I struggle with consistency (working on that and my mental health) but these workouts always make me feel good. Short and manageable and so uplifting. Good luck on your journey. Just remember, a healthy body wins over a skinny one. So be safe and go one day at a time. Remember that food is nourishment and a requirement, so just make healthy food choices. I think you’re amazing and a huge encouragement to me. I wish I’d taken better care of my body when I was your age.

Alex and Daniel, where to begin, I love waking up everyday and starting it with you both. I always thought being able to participate in something like this was only for people who could afford memberships to a gym, or a personal trainer. Since working out with you both I have lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I am almost at my goal weight, which I never thought would be achievable. For the first time in my life I am in single digit jeans! This was day 2 for me with the Body Project. Again, I feel very encouraged and accomplished. I appreciate the spirit and support throughout of both Daniel and Alex. It got a little too fast for me with the box step and double side step and I was a little frustrated- exactly at that time Daniel said something like “it’s ok if it takes you a bit to get it”.. by the end I got it! I know it’s only day 2, but I haven’t felt this good about a workout video - ever!

I started working out again after a long break.... broke down IN TEARS AT THE END ... ive dealt with so much mentally after losing my mum to Cancer... its been 4 years and nothing changed .. the I complete this workout and feel like DANIEL SAYS YOU DID IT! I really didn't feel like working out today... but I decided that I could compromise by doing one that was half the length of the others. I ended up with a full grin on my face during that last segment! Nothing like punching out your frustrations into the air while listening to some hard core Vivaldi :P It really brightened up my day. Thank you for what you do and for the body-positive inclusivity of your workouts and messages. You really are doing it right.

That was an amazing quick work out. I found so much value in it. Sometimes when Daniel encourages you to reach into the mental aspect of pushing harder, it works! it's really special when punches in a 15 minute workout can make you emotional!

hi guys just want to say a big thanks for this workout. the weather in the Philippines has beem eratic and this triggers my asthma a lot i have not worked out in a while and im obese when i saw this video it looked so much fun so i tried it and i cried with happiness that i finished this workout and i was able to keep up. thanks for this style of workout its hard enough for a person like me and not too hard that i cant finish it. love you guys

Daniel and Alex Since finding your videos 5 months ago my life has changed. I hated exercising and felt as though it was an inconvenience and something I had to do if I wanted to lose weight. Flash forward to today....I workout with you 6 days a week, look forward to moving my body and love how I feel. Any weight loss that comes along with this journey is an added bonus (this statement would have NEVER come out of my mouth in the past because all I cared about was losing weight). I won’t stop nourishing my mind and body by working out as a thank you to my magnificent body. I love love love this new video it was so fun. I will be forever grateful for finding your videos and for the two of you.

Nicole Balfore , before exercising I was on inhalers and Lorenzepam. Panic attacks all the time. But I made some educated adjustments and now with this, I no longer use my inhaler and panic attacks are easily manageable.

I have worked out every day for approx 30+ years, not necessarily a healthy habit, often compulsive. During the past year plus of the pandemic, I felt as if I could be "fine" with it, because I have always been seclusive. I quit going to the gym the Sept or Oct before COVID was known, because I noticed all the people with congestion and coughs. I do it every season really, and I have never liked gyms anyway, I can do just as well or better at home. The point of this remark is that this video was my warm up today, after my yoga but before cardio and strength. I have done it before. However today, this made me cry. I got emotional as I danced, as I threw punches. THANK YOU for giving this content to everyone and know that you are doing vital good, way beyond weight loss or physical fitness. The movement and distraction, the meditation and connection... helping people.

Absolutely loved this work out. The music was awesome! Did my weights first and finished with this. I will be smiling for the rest of the day 😊 I have done my weights at home for years, but went to the gym for my classes.But with the gyms closed for months I started doing my cardio with you lovely people. I have decided to not go back to the gym for now,as the case of Covid-19 are increasing. I subscribed to this page last week and did one of the 20 minute low impact aerobic workouts. This morning I did the 17 min one. OMG! I'm hooked!! Who else will get you moving to Vivaldi, Stevie Wonder and Pharrell first thing in the morning. In the words of Pharrell...."I'm Happy"! I can feel the fat melting away. It’s really nice to see workouts that don’t make me want to throw up after wards. I used to think if I wasn’t hurting and nauseas then I wasn’t going to see results because every video pushes you so hard. I can personally do these and be sweating and winded but not feel sick and I trust these guys to give me results. Thank you.

My MOST favourite quick work out! Don't let 17 minutes makes you think that you won't sweat! Daniel's smile, motivates me every time. Thanks guys. Ps. I've done this one at least 10 times this year alone.
