Bege was the head of security and the Vinsmokes said their raid suits were confiscated at the entrance. Since they weren't seen wearing them, my guess is that they kept it in those small containers and that was what Bege confiscicated. He then gave it to Nami's group to give to the Vinsmokes when they gave them the earplugs.

Ignoring Judge, i also don't get what the Vinsmoke sons and Reiju need "redemption" from in any fashion. Yes, Judge cried, for one chapter. Now that the stakes are even (jk they're not, Vinsmokes are outnumbered and weaponless but if the stakes were even these people wouldn't be able to put up a fight) it's Perosphero's turn, assuming Judge will spare enough of him to still have a tongue or general distinguishable facial features after he solo's that guy bare-handed. And once again, both Ichiji and Smoothie seem to have nothing to do... you'll see.

It's not just this badass panel what fascinated me about this chapter, it's also the message behind it: Ichiji, Niji and Yonji had no way of operating without their raid suits in this situation, on the other hand, Sanji doesn't needed an upgrade like this. Sanji could easily keep up with his brothers, because of his willpower, his feelings, his friendship, which has made him stronger, while Ichiji, Niji and Yonji won't feel this incentive. Therefore Jajji will acknowledge to himself, that Sanji isn't the "Failure of the Germa" but rather the "Success of the Germa"!
