Best opening ever, so many perfect cuts. I saw a video recently with a gentleman making a fine argument that this scene and the final scene are just about perfect. I find it hard to disagree.

Despite amassing a cult following of sorts, this film was indeed a massive FLOP. there's no way around it. despite loving Lane's ACTING (it isn't her singing) & understated sexiness, we can't change that fact.
