This is simply amazing. I like how japanese people always put a lot of care in things they do. Truely wonderful. Once again, it is such a pleasure to watch this video, greetings from Poland!
For a 25 year old work truck the body was still very good , the work they put into this build was really impressive too and from the quality of the work it should last another 25 years, well done to all involved and many thanks for the wonderful video 10/10 √
His hard work and dedication is amazing. Watching the skilled detailed devotion to his practice and precision he displayed made my day. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, skills and hard working ethics.

The Daihatsu Midget was unironically one of my favorite cars back in Gran Turismo 4 :P

Thanks for your comment. There was a midget in Gran Turismo 4! I think it was sold at a used car lot.

@@npbodyrepair1007 Yes it was! I have such good memories of that game, I drove both the Midget I and II, but since I like odd cars the Midget II with its 4x4 drive, light weight and low power was just lots of fun :)

Very cool transformation! You got me motivated to do a small car transformation myself. Let’s see what I can road legal in Germany. Not much, I’m sure, but I’ve got an idea . . . Thanks for making the video and posting it. Much appreciated!

Very cool build! Excellent body work and creativity. The only thing I would give a low rating is the welds on the front bumper and roll bar. I highly doubt they could handle much of an impact. Otherwise it looks Saweet!! 👍
@Reman1975 Жыл бұрын
With regards to the bumper bar, I'd be surprised if the welds failed before the mounting brackets folded. And the cab hoop will likely collapse sideways if he actually rolled the thing. I'd look on them both as more in the class of "Style bars" than safety devices TBH, and with that in mind, I recon as a styling exercise it all turned out quite nicely. My only real criticise is that he's going to REALLY regret that matt black roof come summer. I did it to one of my cars years ago. A matt black roof and bonnet (Hood) looks cool as hell on the right car, but it soaks up the heat, and turns the interior into a blast furnace if you park in direct sunlight for too many hours. :)

Thank you very much for your very nice and pleasant comments. You understood very well. That is where I am slightly concerned. Well, we created it with an emphasis on style, so please forgive the lack of strength, etc. (;^ω^)

@@npbodyrepair1007 While I appreciate styling, you should never compromise safety when it comes to protection like bumpers. I do really love the look of that small car and you did a great job overall.

What an interesting vehicle. I think it looks great, both before and after...! Reminds me a bit of the small 3 wheeled piagio trucks used in Italy, only here 4 wheels, and looks much tougher... cool....!

Thank you very much for your very nice and pleasant comments. This car is very special in Japan, it is a one-seater, smaller than a kei car, and not very suitable for practical use. However, it seems to have sold well when it was new because of its fun factor. However, it is rare to see it these days, so I thought it would be interesting to customize it. I am very glad that you like it. Thank you very much.
