In summary: Dilith Jayaweera believes in: (1) a Secular State (as the First Person in Sri Lanka to express so publicly) (2) Nationalist Liberalism (looks as if the idea is conflicting from the outset but doesn't based on his definition, which I am content with), and (3) an "Entrepreneurial State" which is kind of an interesting philosophical idea of a state trying to look at solving every problem through the eyes of rethinking, research, and reinvestment (3R).
