Well said Wayne. I’m no Bennett fan, but Cleary’s post match interview was below par. He was out coached, and Penrith were outplayed. He couldn’t bring himself to say Souths played well, or played better on the day, all he did was (a) try to minimise Penrith’s loss by saying they had plenty of opportunities but didn’t take them, and that they didn’t need to change much, and (b) raise the false narrative that Bennett tried to manipulate the refs. Crybaby Ivan.
