I still love Frankie Avalon and his singing! He is a very talented man. He plays the trumpet, I know. I saw “The Golden Boys” In Las Vegas. He, Bobby Rydell and Fabian put on a great show. The three of them are from South Philadelphia. So many great performers have come from Philadelphia, Pa.! Mario Lanza was from there.

A very nice love song which I used to hear when I had my first crush and I remember saying some ot the things it says to my first girlfriend. It lasted only a year but it sure made me happy. Maybe had she stayed we would still be together but really I shall never know. She went away with her family far away and I never saw her again. His 25th and last Top 100 record was a disco version of "Venus", it peak at #46 on the Top 100 and on March 14th, 1976, it reached #1 {for 1 week} on Billboard's Adult Contemporary Tracks chart...
