Anybody with black sclera eyes is almost always your worst enemy and Ryu with black sclera eyes as Evil Ryu is a perfect example. Black sclera eyes usually represents a person's malicious nature with the intent of being like a god in terms of physical strength.

In arcade mode you can not, it's random.

Oh sorry! In this mode you can select the players but the stage is always the same and the enemies are always the same. I believed you were asking about the regular Single player mode. It is a much shorter mode since you only fight Violent Ken, Evil Ryu, Bison and Super Akuma.
