You're right. Travel should be part of everyone's life. There is no better experience. It's so exciting and amazing to get to know places and different cultures, even on domestic travels.

Patty and I always feel like you can't put a price tag on the memories we make traveling. We would rather have less items in our life and more travel.

We have passed the Regis Travel Center several times but didn’t need to stop. Looks fun. We have stopped at the place with all of the silver dollars and that place was a trip. I love seeing Big Sky because we had such a great time there. I am sure they appreciate the shout out. They were very nice when we stopped for the night there. We only have two crowlers left. What you said about travel and camping with others is spot on. Nothing compares to sitting around and chatting and maybe sharing a meal together.

You have to stop and try the Huckleberry Shake! It was amazing. Actually had bits of huckleberry in it as opposed to just a flavoring.

The only thing missing was drone footage but with the new FAA drone rules we didn’t want to risk a fine. Still deciding whether to get the pilots license or just sell the drone.

@@TravelswithDelaney There are so many beautiful places to visit here in America. It's a shame more people aren't taking advantage of our great outdoors. The really beautiful spots often require traveling over bumpy, poorly maintained burro paths. Consider a few scratches on Karl as a badge of Usage, something that shows you visited places worth seeing that are off the beaten path. My traveling requires the good ole fashioned "shoe-leather express"; Here is a link to my most recent real-life outdoor adventure that includes a track you can download into your GPS, an Elevation profile of the hike, a geotagged photoset, A HISTORY LESSON, & of course a detailed description of my hike: hikearizona.com/decoder.php?ZTN=21624

I know this video is a couple years old bow but you drove right over my home town of Wallace, ID…the entire town is on the historical register because its that old and #2 when they went to build that highway they were literally going to plow the town down just to put the highway through there…local attorney Magnuson said thats not happening on my watch…and had the town registered because all the buildings including homes were over a 100 years old and still be used as businesses today. It was a mining community called the Silver Valley which extended from Kellogg to Mullan which is Lookout Pass where you climbed over into Montana. When I was a kid we’d travel either by bus of private vehicle to the ski hill at the top of Lookout Pass called Lookout…as a teenager I worked up there too working the chair lifts. LOL! 😆 it was a good place to grow up.

Awesome video and yummy looking food!!! Two questions: Did the mosquitoes bother you in the meadows? How did you handle washing all of the cooking dishes without over flowing your gray tank? Thank you!
@TravelswithDelaney5 жыл бұрын
The mosquitos weren’t too bad. We did use our thermacell and a natural bug spray to help. We only stayed two nights so we were ok with the grey tank. If we really conserve water in the grey tank we can actually go three nights.

We ended up not getting pizza. The place we went to didn't have pizza (we thought they did). Plus it was getting dark when we got there and with setting outside the video was bad. I wish I had gotten just a little dinner footage to end on though.

Patrick, we love your channel. We recently went to Miller trailer Sales to look at the boondock lite Tab 400 . We really like the trailer & more importantly the build quality. We purchased a small tear drop trailer from them years ago. They are very good honest people. I have 2018 Ford F-150 which we love. It has the tow packed & is rated for 11,700 pounds of towing. They said I don’t need any weight distribution anti sway with my truck. Since you have been towing yours for two years what’s your take on it.. I thought the smaller & lighter the trailer the more you need that to keep it from swaying with big trucks going by. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated. It looks like you guys had a great summer trip we are jealous. Hopefully soon for us. Thanks again take care.
@TravelswithDelaney5 жыл бұрын
Thank you! We do run a friction sway bar and I do feel like it does help in heavy crosswinds or when semi's pass. We have not used weight distribution with our 400 and have had no issues. I would think you could start without anything with your truck and then make a decision on whether you feel like you need a sway bar. I can't imagine you needing weight distribution with your truck though. Preston and Patsy Miller are great people and we really enjoyed working with them last year at the Hershey RV Show.
@garyc60185 жыл бұрын
Thanks again folks!!! Are thinking exactly start without anything & see. Worse case maybe an anti sway bar like you have thanks again enjoy the travel!!!
@joycemoses24115 жыл бұрын
We agree with Patrick. We have an anti-sway bar on our T@B pulled by our Ford truck.
