This was a fun take on the Flesh boss, and it's pretty cool that similar methods that worked on the Flesh work in this boss too (namely bleed and AoE) but with a few new drawbacks (damage reflection) and win conditions (Only the core needs to die) so you can't just reuse those old strategies verbatim.

Exactly! What worked fine on flesh, worked even better here. I suppose I could bring another bleed damager as Musketeer didn't do much.

How do u manage to load the mod? It keeps crashing for a lot of us. I heard that loading from the steam library fixes some crashes but I’m not sure of this.

When I launch it from either the library or shortcut it works fine until it tries to load a quest at which point it crashes

BR team doesn't recommend modding the game, but in theory you can manually copy/paste mod files for them to work.

It is possible, but the game has been so heavily modified that we do not recommend you do this. Do at your own risk 9. Can I use Darkest Dungeon mods on BR? Vast majority of mods made for DD will not function properly in BR. Only do this if you know what you're doing.
