I believe for small drones like the Mavic air you don't but it's worth checking out the full laws depending on your usage and equipment.

Please do not just follow the beauty of this place. I have been a victim of rober attack in Nungui just near Makofi Guest House. They took all our belongings including our passports which were in my bag. It was a nightmare. The police will not even listen to you. Please be careful
