Hey! In have a problem with my musica. I turned on the pre infusion like you tell in the video and adjusted the brightness. After infinished it i made my espresso na the preinfusion worked well. But now in cant enter the programming mode any more... I press the middle button for 5 seconds like usual but nothing happens... Do someone have an idea?

What is the middle button in the second programming? You notice after activation that the water does not come down directly, and the time to turn it off from the programming, the water drops quickly, what is the benefit of that?

So we were wrong about the preinfusion for the Musica, all you have to do is this to achieve an auto 3 second pre-wetting: Enter programming mode Enter the next level of programming mode Press the hot water button so it illuminates “on” This will initiate the preinfusion, it is not programmable. Feel free to watch the video again to see how to enter programming mode. Hope this helps!

@@majestycoffee Please, a question when the coffee maker is on without use for a while and I use it, I realize that the pressure of the shower is strong and steam comes out, so I let a little water run or fall before making an espresso, my doubt is Have you changed the pressure of the coffee maker at any time since you bought it? If so, how much please because I don't know if it's normal or not for that to happen

No, it can only be turned on or off. It’s about 3 seconds and works quite well.

The preinfusion is helpful and allows you to achieve more fruity/floral notes out of your coffee. So yes, we prefer using preinfusion.

I was told that you can not descale Musica and it has to be done by an Espresso technician. Why do they say that ?

First guess would be the water tank is empty, next would be that it’s a clog in the system and it just needs cleaned. If these don’t help feel free to call our customer support line!
