Hi, I would always recommend speaking to your doctor or pharmacist for any actual medical advice, as these videos are meant only for educational purposes! They will have the best information for you to calculate your Insulin to Carbohydrate Ratio (ICR). It is typically done by measuring blood glucose levels before and after eating, measuring the number of grams of carbs you ate, and the amount of insulin you took. Hope that helps!

Dr. M from India and this time m living in saoudi arab so i m pregnant and my suger level is 240 to 300 pp and fasting 150 to 200 after taking novomix insuline now its turn into insuline R and N...
