examples, examples, examples! THANK YOU for not only including these but also ACTING them out 😊 i find a lot of sources don't actually demonstrate the content. like you said, that's what you are actually going to do so it's important to know how! if find examples extremely helpful bc often times sources just list the definition of the technique but don't show multiple ways on how to use it irl

Thank you!! What about confronting? The book says constructive confronting is acceptable but is it therapeutic in communication?

Great question, Maggie Tebatso! It would very much depend on the situation and circumstances. In some cases, it might help foster therapeutic communication, but they would have to be specific cases. Sorry that isn't a straightforward answer, it isn't as clear that it is therapeutic. Hope you have a great day! 😊

#1 thing I learned in psych nursing, DO NOT ASK WHYYYYY
