Ingredients
- 30g whole chia seed
- 20g oats
- 120-150ml almond milk
- 15g nut butter
- 15g honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Serve with toppings of your choice e.g., chopped banana, berries, nut butter, honey etc.
