Get advice on managing hormone fluctuations with diet and physical activity and find out the best evidence-based resources available to you.
Jaana has been a dietitian for 15 years with most of this time spent working in cancer care either in the NHS or in academia. She recently set up the Wellbeing and Supportive care service at Hampshire Hospitals with the aim of integrating a more than medicine approach to supporting people through their cancer journey. She is currently working as part of the academic team at the University of Winchester, where she is teaching the next generation of dietitians. Jaana is passionate about understanding how we, as healthcare professionals, the NHS and the community, can come together to best support people living with and beyond cancer to be physical activity, and to take a more active role in optimising nutrition.
Join Jaana to explore the evidence around diet and breast cancer, and find how to make nutrition work for you.
