That's why I take zero stimulants. I want to feel tired if I am tired. So I will rest and not push my body to the burnout like many people do. They just gogogogogo no sleep, stimulants all the time until they crash and end up with some serious health issues..

Totally agree. No caffeine, moderate alcohol, moderate exercise. Exercise can be a powerful stimulant to some. Not good in the long run.

@@jirihutecka9020 I was more looking for a general view for stimulants as a whole. At first Ritalin worked wonders but afterwards it bloody near killed me, and I still suffer very serious long term negative effects from it. Thanks anyway man

I lived in chronic pain from all the stress in my life, not knowing that I was vitamin and mineral deficient because of it! Pain medication did nothing but deplete me more thank God I’ve learned to do my own research

Everyone blames you for not doing stress-reducing exercises but no one tells you how to repair your body from stress, until now! Thank you very much for this video.

All nutrients are interconnected, and so is your health. If one part of your life is stressed it effects all parts.

No. It means you should never eat anything that contains calcium, magnesium and copper...

Why I can’t take magnesium? Makes my symptoms worse
@jirihutecka902012 күн бұрын
Have you watched that video dude? You are probably in burnout stage with low sodium and potassium and your magnesium is high now. At first it was low, but now when your sodium and potassium crashed your magnesium and calcium increased.. What you need to do is to change your life style. Stop all sources of chronic stress. Stop pushing your body and just rest more. Eat good diet and let the body heal.. Many people ignore symptoms of burnout and keep pushing with stimulants, high sugar diet etc. which eventually results in serious health issues.. So better to listen your body and when it says I don't want to do anything I need rest. You will do exactly that.. Btw don't forget that people can end up with burnout even from toxic people around them. Like partner/family member or in work. That is very common and huge source of chronic stress for most people.. Having safe and relaxing place to live is essential to good health. Many people don't have that..

@@motishabbat5292 I feel also not so good taking magnesium. It feels like it dehydrates me.. I still have issues with adrenals producing aldosterone for sure. For example if I drink water without salt I crash like crazy. I have to use so much salt in food and in water as well to feel somewhat normal.. Before I crashed I did the opposite. I was on stupid fitness diet without any salt and I was drinking water all the time. So I had constantly elevated aldosterone which over time depletes adrenals.. Now I put like 2g of sea salt to every 500ml of water I drink..
