Most testosterone boosters on the market, don't work. At all. In this video we take a deep dive into the compounds that actually works, so that you can develop your own stack based on you own personal needs. Best Testosterone Booster (2020).

One thing to keep in mind, is that there isn't any ONE best testosterone booster that fits the needs of every individual. Some men need something that is going to be a little bit heavier in suppressing Prolactin. Some need to focus more on ways to increase LH in order to increase testosterone. While others need to focus more on suppressing estrogen in order to fully optimize testosterone production. Everyone has different genetics, environments, stress levels, and work out behaviors.
Hopefully, with the information in this video, you can gather the info you need to develop your own stack in order to properly increase your testosterone.
If you have any questions regarding anything mentioned in the video please feel free to leave a comment.

Great content and well versed. Much appreciated. I am 56 so I can safely assume my T levels are low. I work out hard and fairly heavy (not enough to get injured and its more feeling the muscle work vs how much weight I throw around). Currently my diet is very clean. I watch both macro and micro nutrients, drink a gallon of fresh water a day and take certain supplements (zinc, boron, Vit D, creatine, plant based organic protein, probiotics, beet powder and organic greens powder). I took about 5-6 years off from the gym and have been back for 3 months now and I can say "thank GOD for muscle memory". I am fairly shocked at how fast my 56 year old body responded. I would also mention I am not on TRT or any hormone therapy at all. You have me most interested in the ashwaganda, which I have heard of but never taken. The other 3 I cannot say I am aware of and I do not recall seeing them in GNC. I will look into those for sure.

Great video. I currently use Vitamin D, Forskolin(Coleus Forskohlii) and Garlic as a stack. I appreciate you including Mucuna Pruriens and Tongkat Ali in your video as well. I have not used these yet. What is the stack that you are on? Do you use all of these herbs and micronutrients at once, then take time off? Or do you use some on some days, and on your off days use others? You didn't specify how you take these. Also, Forskolin is also great not just for fat loss but for increasing free testosterone. It does this by releasing some of your body's bound testosterone from SHBG(Sex hormone binding globulin). Great video. Liked and Subscribed.

I was told calling a supplement company in the Midwest, there are only like 2-3 manufacturing companies in the USA, and they fill for most all supplement brands. So even cheaper brands are good. Course it's the formulas each brand has manufactured. I buy some better brands, but otherwise I use Walmart brand. Also like most ingredients a lot of those ingredients are shipped from China, India, Norway, etc to USA to be made into supplements for all brands. Have a great day!

These things can be beneficial IF your T is not already optimal, which you mentioned. I think they are most beneficial for those with sub-optimal T and older people. Maybe the best approach is not to try to increase T but lower those things which lower free T like excess SHBG and estrogen. As we get older we start to shift to estrogen dominance and then there are the estrogens picked up from foods and the environment. The rest should be focused on lifestyle factors (diet, exercise, sleep, stress reduction, etc.)
@NutritionLibrary
@NutritionLibrary 3 жыл бұрын
For sure. Lifestyle factors are definitely the big movers. Diet, exercise, sleep, cold and heat exposure. If those things are on point supplements probably aren’t necessary. But they are a useful tool in the meantime

I've found that Maca boosts my energy and mood. Ginseng, ashwaganda, and a couple of other adaptogens that are supposed to boost testosterone make me feel slow, emotional, and weird. Seems they impact me the opposite way. Any idea about this? Thanks!

I like maca but this channel doesn’t recommend it because it’s not as strong as the others. If you’re sensitive to the other herbs then definitely try it for a few months.

Hello friend have you done a video on suplimentation and herbs for hpta axis. I use natural test boosters in the past I have used anivar by itself and then tbol but only for one month each low dose and mk677 and ostarine all by themselves spaced out I'm only going to be taking animal stak witch I guess can still slightly supress htpa. Have you done a video on natural herbs I already take animal paks. Thank you.

@@waltirvin2979 fasting is a miracle worker, I like too add a few Brazilian nuts to my diet before fasting for 24-36 hour period. Due to the selenium content of the nut it helps clean up and restore your liver which in return expedited your metabolism. When the liver is working at its best you body has to use less calories to function and in return your energy levels go up. 🤘🏼
