There has been much said over the years about foods that have the potential to decrease testosterone levels. However, much of this advice usually centers around fringe foods that nobody really eats. Things like mint, flax, licorice, and mushrooms. And though these foods do have the potential to lower testosterone levels, there is only a tiny percentage of the population that actually consume these foods in high enough quantities to actually impact hormonal status.
